A key panel debate will examine how third party managers can strengthen their relationship with ship owners and cargo owners and increase their share of the vessel management market. One of the questions panellists will be discussing is: ‘Can technology be effective in reducing cost and improving compliance in areas of electronic money; Maintenance Records onboard ship; Sustainable/Operational Manning Levels and the management of unmanned ships?’.
