During the recently held Seatrade Maritime Middle East exhibition and conference in Dubai, Al Masaood Power displayed a range of sustainable engines for the UAE’s maritime industry.
During the course of the event, Al Masaood demonstrated its latest offerings in propulsion engines and systems manufactured by the division’s global partner brands such as MTU, Nidec Leroy-Somer, and Volvo Penta, for the maritime industry.
Al Masaood’s contribution towards the industry comes after its partnership with RIBCRAFT ME, which saw both parties collaborating to introduce the first hybrid RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) to the UAE market. Equipped with the latest technologies for efficient power consumption and lower emissions, the hybrid RIB can seamlessly switch between electric motors and Volvo Penta diesel engines.
